At IBEX we often find ourselves telling our exhibitors and attendees to start planning for our event BEFORE they arrive at the front door. We tell our exhibitors that a pre-show marketing plan will have a noticeable, positive effect on their booth traffic and ROI. It is a fact that our exhibitors who implement planned pre-show marketing have incredible IBEX's. Makes sense, right? And our attendees pre-show planning should include researching exhibitors, setting up meetings, and scheduling the seminars they want to attend.
